To proceed with the acquisition of the
Property Management System through the preferred
supplier.
A ‘fit for purpose’ Property
Management System will enable the Council (over time) to manage its
investment portfolio efficiently and accurately. The automated
processes will ensure we can bring existing robust property
processes back ‘in house’ and keep financial risk to a
minimum.
Option 1 - delegate approval of award of
contract to officer in consultation with portfolio holder.
Option 2 - Delay implementation of the Project until the next
Cabinet meeting.
