Introduction of a new section titled ‘Protocol on relations between Members’ which seeks to promote, support and maintain effective and respectful working relationships between the elected members without impacting on legitimate political debate.

Part 5f – Counter Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption Strategy

Amendments to reflect current developments.

Amendments to reflect best practice principles as set out in the Charter Institute of Public Finance (CIPFA) ‘Managing the risk of fraud and corruption,’ and ‘Fighting Fraud and Corruption Locally – a strategy for the 2020s’.

Amendments to the name of the Climate Change Working Group to the Climate and Nature Working Group, and expansion of Terms of Reference.

Part 4e – Contract Standing Orders

Amendments to seek discrepancies between figures in Table 1 and the remainder of the narrative, updates to terminology, amendments to reflect the expiry of the framework agreement and changes in the team.
