Decision:
The Committee resolved to approve the proposed licensing fees and charges as set out in Appendix B for consultation purposes and statutory advertising requirements.
Minutes:
The Committee considered a report that sought approval of the proposed Licensing Fees for Taxi and Private Hire Licensing (as outlined in Appendix B of the report) before a public consultation process with the licensed trade and other relevant parties could be initiated. The public consultation would run from 05 December 2025 to 07 January 2026. Any responses received would be brought back to this committee on 21 January for consideration.
