Committee is asked to approve the proposed table of fares set out at Appendix A following public consultation.

The Committee were advised that a public consultation on the fare chart was run from 16 October 2025 to 05 November 2025 and that only two email objections had been received.

Appendix F of the report (Recommended Table of Fares) was issued to the night time drivers and no objections had been received.

The Committee considered a report that sought approval of the proposed Licensing Fees for Taxi and Private Hire Licensing (as outlined in Appendix B of the report) before a public consultation process with the licensed trade and other relevant parties could be initiated. The public consultation would run from 05 December 2025 to 07 January 2026. Any responses received would be brought back to this committee on 21 January for consideration.
