2. Better services means delivering to standards, a positive customer experience, value for money, transparency of any charges, fast and fair access to services, investing in communities and providing choice and tailoring the service where appropriate.
The Committee is responsible for all services
provided to A2Dominion homes including general needs, leasehold,
shared ownership, care and support, key worker, student, temporary
accommodation and market rent.
4. There will be a strong and direct relationship with the Group Board via a structured approach to reporting feedback to and from the Customer Services Committee as well as Group Board membership of the Committee.
