Redevelopment of the site to provide 64 new residential units (Use Class C3) with flexible commercial business and service floor space (Use Class E) and drinking establishment (Sui Generis) at ground floor, rooftop amenity space, associated highway works, and other ancillary and enabling works.
Recommendation
