Following a rigorous recruitment process, the Appointments Committee unanimously approved the recommendation of the Audit Committee Interview Panel of the preferred candidate for the role of Independent Member of the Audit Committee.
The Committee resolved and agreed to recommend the appointment of the preferred candidate to Council.
