6. Proposed ICT Server Procurement

Committee is asked to:
1. Authorise the Council’s ICT Manager to commence a procurement process for the purchase of new ICT servers for a maximum total contract value of £150,000,
2. Authorise the Group Head of Commissioning and Transformation to select the preferred supplier for new ICT servers and award a contract not exceeding the available budget; and
3. Authorise the Group Head of Corporate Governance to enter into the contract and necessary legal documentation to purchase the new servers.
