To receive any apologies for non-attendance.

To undertake a review of seats and positions on committees due to a change of make-up of the political parties following two by-elections, the resignation of a member of the Labour Group who has now joined the Conservative Group and the member of the Green Party joining the Independent Spelthorne Group.

a)    Allocation of seats on committees and sub-Committees

Pursuant to Section 15 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, to agree the representation of the different political groups on committees

b)    Chairs and Vice-Chairs of Committees

To agree the Chairs and Vice-Chairs of committees in accordance with the Council’s Constitution

c)     Substitutes for Committees

To agree the Substitutes for Committees in accorance with the Council’s Constitution
