The Chairman asked all parties if they were in agreement that a hearing was no longer necessary. All parties confirmed they had no objection to the withdrawal. Mr Elton, Counsel for Surrey Police wished to note their position remained, that these events would be better dealt with by an application for a premises licence rather than Temporary Event Notices (TENS). Resolved that due to the withdrawal of the TENS by the applicant, the hearing is dispensed with.
