Recommendation

Approve the application subject to conditions as set out in the Recommendation section (paras. 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3)

Committee is asked to:

1.    Note the upcoming statutory changes under the Town and Country Planning (Discharge of Local Planning Authority Functions) (England) Regulations 2026 and the introduction of the National Scheme of Delegations as set out in the report; and

2.    Appoint the Nominated Member and Nominated Officer.
