To appoint a Chair for the duration of the meeting.

It was proposed by Councillor Leighton, seconded by Councillor Doran and resolved that Councillor Dunn be appointed Chair for the meeting.

To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 28 March 2023 as a correct record.

The minutes of the meeting held 28 March 2023 were agreed.

To receive any disclosures of interest from members of the Committee in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct for members.

There were no disclosures of interest.

To move the exclusion of the Press/Public for the following item, in view of the likely disclosure of exempt information within the meaning of Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 and by the Local Government (Access to information) (Variation) Order 2006.

It was proposed by Councillor Sider, seconded by Councillor Leighton, and resolved to exclude the press and public for the remainder of the meeting.

The Committee considered the information as presented in the report.

The Committee resolved to recommend to Council that they approve the recommendations outlined in the report.
