1.    Increase understanding within all sections of the wider community to resolve prejudices and ignorance

2.    Encourage the flow of information to reduce misunderstandings

3.    Provide opportunities to work together to build bridges between different elements of the wider community

4.    Identify problems and find solutions to enhance community safety

5.    Overcome prejudice, increase understanding of Traveller culture and promote equality of opportunity

6.    Establish Action Plans with measurable targets within the key areas in which the Forum will concentrate its resources.
